CareOne Senior Care is looking for a Dynamic High Energy and Organized Sales and Marketing Professional to join our team.

CareOne is a leading Home Care Agency providing in-home and facility care services throughout all 5 counties of Greater Southeast Michigan. Our service and product portfolio is quite different than other home care agencies and offers more comprehensive all inclusive services. Besides standard non-medical services, we also provide specialty services, complimentary products, programs, and a division of CareOne that is the only one of its kind in this entire market area.

Position Responsibilities:

  • ·Blueprint territory, build a business plan & strategy with action steps, and identify a success plan in working with key referral sources to drive leads and sales revenue.
  • Call on and interact with Social Workers, Case Managers, Discharge Planners, Hospitals, Rehabs, Admissions Coordinators, Senior Communities, Assisted Living and Memory Care, Elder Law Attorneys, Auto Case Managers, Home Health & Hospice Agencies, and other Healthcare Professionals.
  • Build a comprehensive marketing strategy that consists of field sales and marketing, direct mail, email campaigns, newsletters, community outreach, attending senior focused events, etc.
  • Perform assessments as needed with new clients and their families.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, networking events, and provide educational programs.
  • Implement a multi-faceted marketing plan and activities including but not limited to direct mail, emails, newsletters, social media, etc.
  • Be available as needed on nights and weekends to manage and grow your business.
  • Facilitate ongoing business development to meet or exceed company goals and objectives.
  • Provide superior customer service when greeting, handling phone calls, and responding to necessary requests by clients, staff members, and all other individuals needing assistance.
  • Promote a positive image in the community and be the face of CareOne Senior Care.

Position Requirements:

  • Experience in health care, home care, facilities, hospice, RN, LPN, Social Work, pharmaceutical sales, medical sales, medical device sales, real estate, and marketing experience is a plus.
  • An energetic self-motivated professional with the ability to build strong relationships quickly.
  • Excellent oral & written communication skills.
  • Quick, efficient, and detailed follow up with regular customer contact and interaction.
  • Minimum two years’ experience in healthcare, home care, or a related field.
  • Strong territory management skills, blue printing, developing successful business plans and strategies, executing sales and marketing plans.
  • A proven leader with the commitment and perseverance to achieve above average success.
  • Computer proficiency is mandatory: use of MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and ability to understand and learn use of data management programs and applications.
  • Must possess a positive, outgoing, high-energy, “team player” attitude.

Compensation:

  • Competitive base salary plus bonuses
  • Earning Potential: $50,000 - $105,000
